 Monitoring Service Options:

Intellisite^SM offers four different monitoring service options depending on the specific needs of the client.  The service options are:

 

1.      Full Communication and Services – This option provides communication services and the following additional services:  

• Data Collection
• Data Encryption and Compression
• Data Transmission
• Translation Service
• Data Hosting and Storage
• Web Application and Presentation
• Client Support 

2.      Integration to SCADA or Client Host Systems – Intellisite uses its standard method of collecting data and transmitting it to the Implicit Data Center.  The data is then transferred (FTP) to the client for inclusion into their SCADA or host system.

 

3.      Web Display Service – If the end user is collecting the monitoring data, but needs a powerful web-based reporting platform to display the information to all key professionals and decision makers in their organization, the Web Display option will meet this need.

 

4.   Alarms Only – If the end user is only worried about catastrophic equipment failure and loss of production, an “Alarms Only” service will serve this need.  Users can set the thresholds that trigger the alarms and define the notification path to their key personnel on an escalating basis, helping them manage trouble spot
