Intellisite^SM is the leading provider of remote monitoring services for the oil and gas industry. Intellisite collects critical field production data and converts it into web-based information to help operators and producers efficiently and economically manage their fields, well sites, and pipelines. Intellisite monitoring services provide a “total field view” enabling producers to improve the performance of well sites, send out alarms to avert a costly shutdown, avoid the escalating investment in technology, and help meet regulatory and nomination compliance standards.

Intellisite delivers seven basic monitoring products:

1. Electronic Flow Meter (EFM) Monitoring works with your flow meters to deliver accurate performance information including pressure readings, flow calculations, custody transfer information and equipment status.
   
   
2. Rotating Equipment (Compressors, Pumps and Generators) Monitoring provides basic performance measurements such as pressure, temperature, and RPM’s as well as more robust, in-depth functions for a single device or up to 50 devices concurrently.
   
   
3. Tank Level Monitoring provides timely tank level data of production and water storage tanks, and alarm notification capability to facilitate inventory tracking and distribution planning.
   
   
4. Pump Off Control Monitoring collects critical pumping unit data and converts it into information such as high and low rod load, run times, and pump status; information that can help optimize well performance and eliminate fluid pound.
   
   
5. Real Time Frac Data Monitoring provides access to real-time data applications by simply opening a web browser.
   
   
6. Scheduled Data Delivery collects critical field data on a scheduled basis such as well testing data and transmits it on a scheduled basis for viewing on web reporting platform.
   
   
7. GPS Asset Location Tracking Service collects location tracking information and displays the information on maps and charts.

  Intellisite^SM offers four service options that will meet the specific needs of your site:

1. Communication and Services – This option provides the communication services and includes the comprehensive services involved with providing a world-class Data Center and a powerful, web-based reporting and presentation platform.

2. Integration to SCADA Systems – Intellisite collects monitoring data from remote or out-of-network sites, transmits it to the Implicit Data Center, and then FTP’s the data to the client’s SCADA system.
   
   
3. Web Display Service – If you are collecting the monitoring data, but need a powerful, web-based reporting platform to display the information to all key professionals and decision makers in your organization, the Web Display option will meet this need.
   
   
4. Alarms Only Service – If you are only worried about catastrophic equipment failure and loss of production, a very inexpensive “Alarms Only” service will do. You can set the thresholds that trigger the alarms and define the notification path to your key personnel on an escalating basis, helping them manage trouble spots.
